What are your thoughts? I am having some trouble finding some good comparisons can anyone give me a link?

I like ati and nvidia....but if you're playing BF anything...go NVIDIA. They just seem to run smoother.

If you are aiming for under $200 get a 6600GT. They can be had for $150-ish these days.
Think I might go for the $156 6800 if I go nvidia

If you find a $200 X800, buy that, its better than a 6600 GT and pretty equal to a 6800. Of course if you found a regular 6800 that is $156, thats your ticket. You may be interested in waiting till tomorrow to see what comes out and changes 6xxx pricing.

6xxx pricing? Huh why would things be changing as of tomorrow?

I meant 7xxx may effect its pricing, so wait till Tuesday. It probably won't though so here's probably what you should get. 6600GT < $200 X800 < $156 6800.

Well with rebate the cheapest 6800 is $189 and the cheapest x800 is $189. Googles up some reviews and most are with 6800 Ultras and such so this is kinda hard. I am guessing the 6800 still might be better? I'm not sure.

The X800 is faster than the 6800. The X800 is also cheaper in PCIe than the 6800. But in AGP the 6800 is cheaper. So depending on what your board supports, PCIe or AGP, then you get the X800 (PCIe) or the 6800 (AGP).
