x64 Browsers Can Not Find Websites

For some reason at random times my browsers (both Internet Explorer and Firefox) can not seem to find any websites for a few minutes, but I am online because I am able to play my multiplayer games online just fine. After those few minutes, they magically come back on. I am running Windows x64 Edition if that matters. Has anyone ever experienced this before? If so, is there any way to work around this?
