CPU I7 980x
Ram G.Skill PI series 12GB kit (1.5v?).

Tried 1, 2, 3, and 6 sticks of ram. Reseated the CPU. Different videocards. Debug LED bounces a few codes at me, then stops at 'b8'. I think it may be an old BIOS causing the no-post but im curious what you fellows think.

Sounds like that could be the cause...its a brand new cpu and if you havent upgraded the bios to the latest you need to do that before anything else.....

You can take it to a local computer shop and have them flash the bios or call best buy or compusa or you can order a flashed bios chip from badflash.com.....

None. I tried everything you said. Local places dont stock i7s, Geeksquad doesnt have an i7 for troubleshooting, and the bios chips are soldered on. Guess im gonna have to order a bloomfield.
