I have a x5550 ES cpu and E5502 ES cpu. I am going to keep the e5502 for sure but may use the x5550 if I can overclock it enough. I don't want to spend alot of money on the board and I only need one pci-e slot. Is there a cheap motherboard that overclocks well? Or does anyone have one to sell cheap??

The X5550 is an LGA1366 CPU, so every consumer board that supports it will have more than one PCI-E slot. There are several cheaper X58 boards that tend to overclock well, such as the ASUS P6T SE, EVGA X58 SLI LE, MSI X58M, Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R, and ASRock X58 Extreme.
