X3210 on a p5b-Plus- is this compatible? It isn't stated in the supported processors, yet some say it is.
 
Its not officially supported because its a Server CPU but a Desktop board. But if the board you speak of supports the Q6600, then yes, it should support the Xeon equivalent (and lower), too.
 
If thats the latest BIOS, are there any beta ones hiding in like the Asus forums or anything like that? Otherwise I dunno if theres anything you can do.
