x200 or 5700LE?

I have a 256MB eVGA GeForce 5700LE and I am going to give it to my friend, but I want to know if it would improve his performance by any from his x200 integrated.
 
I am 77.3% sure that it will, the X300 barely scores more in 3DMark05 than the FX5700 line of cards.
