Question, I have a Water block from EK for the X1900XTX, will it work on the X1950XTX card?

I am wondering this also.. my EK waterblocks come in for my x1900 CF pair next week. I think we coule figure it to a 5% margin if we could compare two naked cards..

From what I've seen, the 1900 coolers should fit on a 1950, but I'm not 100% sure.

I wonder that too, but nobody answered. I don't have a X1900XT anymore, I'm getting either a X1900XTX or the X1950XT. I just wanted to know if the heatsink were the same.

No, I have a EK full water block for the X1900XTX, and I was wondering if it worked o nthe X1950XTX

I would think so. The pcb is the exact same (just minus some power circuitry) on the X1950s, and componentry has not changed size or shape. Only thing that could be an issue is the added HDCP logic, but i don't think it would be a big issue.

Yeah - the PCB and chip layout does look the same.. so I /think/ (hope) it will work. I want to slap my EK blocks on a pair of 1950Pro's when they are out in mass quantities... so I am hoping this will work! :)

Well i believe it is compitable. I checked on danger den's website and the X1900 full block they sell are compatible with the X1950 cards. Now I can buy a X1950 card

My dangerden blocks work on my 1950 and 1900 so would imagine mounting is identical
