I'd like to get the best card I can for under $200. Under $150 is even better. If I got a card for less than $150 then I'd use the money saved (vs if I bought a $300 8800GT) to buy a card that's even better than the 8800GT sometime mid 2008 or so, maybe.

I'd like to be able to play Quake 3 at 1650x1080 with 4x or 8x AA and have it never dip below 60FPS. I'd also like to play other recent games (other than Crysis) at similar settings, but above 30FPS and just 2x AA would be ok for those. Games such as: UT3, COD4, Assasin's Creed (coming out next year for PC?), and a bunch of older games, maybe GRAW, Oblivion, etc...
