x1950 pro bottlenecks?

I was in the process of getting this model of the x1950... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814161069

It's supposedly the " turbo " version of the card, it seems pretty nice, but i'm stuck cause i've seen 4 different versions of the card, i've been a long time Nvidia fan, wanting to make sure this card would run off a P4 3.0 cpu, with 480w neopower psu, any ideas? thanks!
 
alright man, thanks for the reply, the guy that posted the first review about the video card went into some big detail about how it wouldn't work on certain psus and whatnot.
