OK, call me dumb, but I was under the impression that there were some tools that would allow me to increase voltage to cpu and ram on a 1900xtx.
So, what are they?
 
ATiTool 0.25 Beta 14 is what you need.

There is a Beta 15 version....but for whatever reason I can't get it to work with my X1900XTX-X1900CF, but Beta 14 will.
