excuse my noobness but im trying to play my xbox on my lcd via my x1900xt aiw.... but i have no idea how to get it to work. the manual sucks and doesnt tell you how to do anything.

so i took the purple input dongle and placed the composite cables from my xbox in (svideo is left open). now what?

after doing some research... i opened up the ATI TV program... switched the input to composite but it didnt work. i could see the xbox screen for a split second and then it went away to a black screen

please help. thanks.
