Lets start posting what kinda of overclocks these babies are getting.

Meh:
Stock 9099 in 05
Max CCC 690 core 800 mem 9693 in 05

3 hours gameplay stable no artifacting.

I haven't seen anyone using the Driverheaven OC tool yet to get beyond the CCC limit (with the XT). Doesn't it work on the XT?

WOAH!!! only 7800gtx's modded by viper john could barely touch the 10k barrier....and ur doing it on stock air cooling and stock voltage..nice 1 :)

Dont know how far yet. But look at the GPU core volts, still stock!

hmmm.... Well I wonder if there is a end to its overclocking? :p
But anyway, since you get such an awesome 3dmark score. Whats it like in-game.... Does the overclock make a huge differents?

I love how you posted that pic so damn casually. XD

Just for clarifications sake, you're using the stock cooler?

If so, what fan setting are you using? And, what are your temps looking like?

Well sofar I have mostly been playing BF2 and the overclock is not really noticable because I am usually above 50FPS, so I dont really notice. I do notice the difference between this and the XL in quake 4, but I havent played with that games settings yet.

Yes its the stock cooler, but i have it at 100%(loud) just for benching, and have seen temps at 63c, its like 30c in my computer room :( During gaming I set the fan to normal and have seen 82c, but the fan is very quiet.

hmm, very nice indeed, ne 10,5k or 11k pics? ;)

10105 seems to be the max I can run at stock volts.
The memory shows 2v in screenshot, but I reran the test with 1.9v and got 10106 (same)

wow.. this is a great card. Way to go ATI. higher clocks and a better memory controller with less pipes seems to be a winning combo.. That Sampsa XS guy got his XT to 1ghz core and 2ghz memory... freakin' crazy.. this is a nice card!

so what do you guys think? ditch my 7800GT sli setup and get one of these beasts and then run xfire when the master card comes out???

No. Wait for crossfire and then depending on performance and price make a decesion. We dont know when crossfire will be a viable alternative, by the time its available, nvidia may have something else. Enjoy your setup! You have one of the best available, and it will last until the next generation(at least).

You'd be better off sticking to the GT's... Seeing as how two of them costs the same amoutn as the 1800XT. And SLI GT's is still a MIGHTY beefy graphics card set-up.

Also, the master card will most likely add on a few more $'s aswell....;s

i regret goin the watercooling route on my nvidia cards, cuz of no voltage control, but damn, can you imagine x1800xt cards on h2o with voltage control? the score would be godly!

im done with nvidia, ive been ATI for the longest time, and i FINALLY try nvidia, and its been hell...here is my story, my raid goes out on my old board and wont reinstall, so i finally decide to upgrade, get the sli deluxe and 2 7800GT cards at cost from compusa, get all my stuff assembled and it wont even detect the 2nd card, i made sure everything was set up right, and each card would run fine solo. STILL no sli goodness though. so i swap one card for another one, now i have sli BUT 1 dvi port on my main card is dead and the other port if i dont screw in my dvi cable ALLL the way my picture is either blue green or red....SO thanks to ATI dragging their feet, im stuck with nvidia till crossfire is a good option :p

for now im prolly not gonna touch SLI or any dual card solution. Single card solutions are plenty right now, and the GTX512 and the X1800XT are both amazing, i just wanna know which is gonna end up on top...

Remember guys, those Finnish guys (admittedly on a pre-release cherry picked sample) got 1GHz to be stable in 2D on liquid nitrogen. If we get some crazy mole frappers with vapor or something similar, the sky is pretty much the limit.
