They have a model labeld as "MSI RX1800XT-VT2D512E LITE Radeon X1800XT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 VIVO PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail "

Is there a difference between this and a standard X1800XT 512MB?

Also it recommends a 450w power supply. I have a 400w power supply. It is a Fortron Source (FSP). In particular it is this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104935

That should be sufficient for this card right?
I am running:
opteron 148 @ 2.75ghz
1gb ballistix ram
200gb sata 7200rpm drive
plextor cd-rw IDE drive
several case fans (80mm)

well with the sapphire lite just means bare card and drivers
no extra goodies same with msi i believe

Ya lite comes with no extra software

Also you power supply looks proficient, as recommended numbers are often much higher then what is needed
