I have an ATI X1800XT currently, and was wondering if I should complete the crossfire setup. Not many places sell the x1800 master card, only place I could find is here for 300 bux. So my question is should I pony up the money or put it in another video card. Thanks.:D
 
Sounds like a better alternative, although I would then try to change mobos to have SLI capability. Thanks!

No need to get a mobo yet though. The 8800gts will smoke a x1800xt crossfire setup. Pick up the card like he suggested and sell the x1800xt for... what is it worth now... $110?
 
or buy the new x2900xt 512MB which is just as good as the 8800gts? and u get 3 games with it! for around 370 bux
 
Thanks for the help guys, looks like I will have to upgrade my rig for an intel/nvidea setup. About time too, almost 2 years with my rig. :cool:
