X1600Pro & 1680x1050

[Richard in Idaho]

I have a new computer coming with a Gigabyte ATI X1600Pro 258mb PCI-E silent video card.

I am looking at monitors and need to know if this card will drive a widescreen 1680x1050 at its native resolution. Looking at a Samsung 215wt at a very good price.

This computer will not be used for gaming but for photo editing.

Thanks

Sure, just fine.
