X-QPack upgrade to tool-less?

Hey everyone! Is it possible to change the way the setup is on the QPack for the PCI cards to be attached on the outside instead of the inside so that thumbscrews could be used? (as i dont think there is room underneith the PSU)

Or is there aftermarket mods for cases that allow you to make PCI cards/gpus "snap-in" like some full ATX cases have?
