Do all these cases come with dents in them? I bought one from the egg a couple weeks ago that was obviously damaged shipping (looks like someone ran into it with a fork truck). So sent it back 2 weeks later (today) I recieved my new one.. box looks like it was dragged around a little bit but didn't look bad. Open it and theres a small dent in the front no scratch so I push that one out, and another dent that I'm going to fix myself so I don't have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for rma and another one sent out. These last two dents didn't look like they were from shipping. Sure seems like they use the thinnest aluminum they can find for the case cover. The rest of the box seems pretty sturdy.

So how many of yall ended up fixing a small one here or there?

I found out why there was a dent in the top.. Apparently whoever puts the case covers on before they ship them to their vendors didn't have the top seated right, and I suppose they just pushed down on the front to make it work anyway. This of course dented the case, and smashed the little tab on the inside. Easy fix, and if I get my body working tools out I found fix completely.
 
Mine didn't come with any dents/scratches whatsoever. And that's despite the fact that they (Case-Mod.com in my case) didn't even bother putting the boxed-up case into a shipping cardboard box. They just slapped a shipping label onto the bare case box :mad:. FWIW, it was shipped via Fed-Ex.
 
My wife bought mine 2 xmas ago and it was ok except that upper left corner of it was scratched. I should call it scratched cause there seem no physical damage but that size of rice grain was minssing paint. It looks more like it was rubbed but paint got peeled off. I will mod that thing soon and repaint it to fix it.

Mine was shipped from Newegg 2 years ago and they did same thing so don't feel bad. :D
 
I got my Qpack originally from Cyberpower, they shipped the full system in the aspire box inside of a larger white box, arrived in pristine shape with the covering still attached to all windows.

This is what I got :rolleyes: (yes, I actually kept the beat up box all these years).
 
A lot of people want to hate Cyberpower and for the record, my experience with them wasn t pain free...

but everything arrived in perfect shape. I think someone should make beefy replacement shells for the Qpack / microfly, maybe with some brackets for fans on the side or something.

Def would be in for a better shell. Def a new paint job coming in the near future for mine. I don't really like the textured paint

mine was also shipped in the original box was the shipping label slapped on the outside
 
Stores ship the cases in only their box as that is how cases are usually shipped. Same with monitors.

Usually the boxes are beefy enough to be just fine. All the retailers I have ordered from always just slap the shipping label on the side of the case or monitor box and I never really have had an issue.
