cable management needs a little work, but i was just so giddy to get it put together :p

Looking good :D

A little cable management and you will have a super clean rig.

Just a quick question with the Artic Silencer 5, does your card keep cool in that case and b. do you have 1 or 2 free pci slots?

unfortunately the x800gto does not have a temp monitor in it, so i couldn't say about the temps, but the air coming out of the back of the cooler is pretty cool, and there are two free PCI slots with the Cooler installed, it takes up one slot for exhausting air.

the arctic cooler is excellent though, i'm oc'in from 400/980 to 550/1100, so it's great for overclocking.

Hey,

Can you confirm any OC options that biostar board may have for me? Whats your MAX FSB? Any voltages, dividers, FSB options, etc...

Thanks

my x800GTO does have a temp monitor, u sure it doesnt have one?

my FSB is set at 250, divider is 14 for the CPU, however because the cpu is a P4 and not 3.0 stock, i can't change the divider. there are voltage options for CPU and PCIe, i haven't messed with those though. there is also a nice ram overclocker too.

i can't see it in ATI Tool, i've got a Sapphire x800gto, what brand is yours?

So you can set ram frequencies AND CPU in indavidual numbers? And can you change the RAm timings?

Yeah I had an AS3 on my old 9800pro it was pretty nice, I just know that the stock cooler on my x850xt lets it get hot, shutdown the pc hot, unless its cranked to 100% spin.

yessir, this biostar board is definitely full featured, no slacking on the bios end.

nice.

That's some really bright light! What type of lights are they? Do they produce a lot of heat? And does it come in a "cooler" looking color?("cooler" not in term of "awsome" looking)

well, i got the lights from frozencpu.com, however it doesn't look like they have them any more. since they are Cold Cathodes, they remain nice and cool. as far as different colors, don't know since i can't find them on frozencpu.
