How are the deals usually at Xoxide on X-Hour. Is shipping expensive from them? What kind of deals do they usually have?

I feel like I'm supposed to post this in "[H]ot Deals" but, i don't think it's a good place to put it. So here it is. Anything you can tell me about Xoxide? I've never ordered from them.

Xoxide is run by a mustang tuner junkhead. The shipping is about average for custom part websites, but the timing and support sucks a big one.
Ordered a couple of parts from them once, got a cold cathode with a switch that was miswired, resulting in a blown converter; got UV floppy cables instead of UV IDE cables.
Emailed them for 2 weeks without a reply, no one ever answered the phone, gave up and started posting around about the crappy service. About 3 days later I get all my emails replied to, with him repeating himself each time. Extremely lame.

All my orders go to www.frozencpu.com now
 
xoxide is great, ordered from them over 10 times, perfect each time, when something was out of stock they told me, and gave me an ETA, and several options of what to do with it. ive never had o return anything so i wouldnt know about that.
