There have been updates for this card for windows XP but Win2k gets screwed? I've been trying to fix my static problems. Looking for some new drivers. The XP drivers 2070004 will not install with 2k. Unless theres some kind of work around i've not read about.
 
Unpack SBXF_PCDRV_LB_2_07_0003.EXE (the latest XP-driver from the CL-Homepage) with winrar. There will be a file called support.cab. Same procedure, unpack it with winrar. There You shall find a folder "common" containing webdrv.ini, which can be opened with notepad: replace OSMinimumReq WINXP with WIN2K and remove OSNotSupport WIN2K. Pack the folder again as support.cab (e.g. with powerarchiver).

Use the same procedure on the audio-console AudCon_PCApp_LB_2_00_31.EXE from the CL-Homepage.

It works.
