Hi, I just got an X-Fi soundcard for christmas and i think ive got it set up right and everything, but ive got a 5.1 system and my rear speakers are VERY quiet. I have to put my ear up to one of them just to hear anything, my front 3 speakers sound great. any suggestions?
 
Ya i was used to my old sound card having individual speaker volume settings. But i got it fixed thanks for the post. also im using the drivers that came with the card. should i update them or are they fine?
 
Configure your THX using their utility. That really helps out with the sound quality
