X-Fi Mode Changing... Any shortcuts?

Just wondering if there are any shortcuts to changing modes on the X-fi, rather than having to open up the audio console, clicking the mode tab, choosing the mode, and clicking ok... It's kind of a pain when you switch between games and music a lot.

I was wondering if maybe you could set up buttons on the task bar, one for game mode and one for music mode, that way you would only have to click once. Any ideas?

Also, there seems to be a bug that whenever you switch modes it resets the Wave volume to 50%... Another annoyance having to keep cranking it back up to 100%. Any fix on this?

CTAudRun.exe has a tab for that.

Running that application gives you a tabbed interface to make many changes, including modes. Try running it and you will see what I mean. It's in your Creative install dir.

On my machine, if I use that method, it requires a reboot for some reason, so I went back to the mode switcher.
