Can someone recommend a simple, easy to use wysiwyg website maker? I'm not doing anything fancy, just need to make a site for class. Simple formatting (H, BODY, TITLE, HR, etc), frames and tables are all I need to do.

I do have access to my friend's Dreamweaver but would it be overly complicated to use it for such a simple site?

I don't think so. I use Dreamweaver and really like it. You can design with code or visually. It also helps you keep track of files and directory structure. I think it's fine for big or small jobs.
