the WYSIWYG editor's background is grey. The text is black, so its impossible to see what you are typing.

Could you either change the WYSIWYG editor background to white or the text to white? One or the other, so it can be used.

ya, its so [h] to read, change ithe text to white, its white when you post anyway
 
In the last setting of your control panel--> options thing, you can select what kind of text editor you want for posting messages. I have the same issue they have mentioned.
 
ditto, i can read it on an older LCD, but hardly on my 2001 FP. It's IMPOSSIBLE to read on older CRTs, although a highlight will allow you to see the text, it kind of sucks. Good thing my accuracy is decent ;D

I love the wysiwyg editor because you can italicize/bold on the fly.
 
figures they fix it now... i complained about it a hell of a long time ago ;D
