Anyone else able to access the www.hardfolding.com site? I keep getting a connection refused when I try to access it.... Even kinda makes my little Folding [H] Below kinda pointless atm other than the symbolic reasons...


 
its been down for a while now... :(

something about moving servers but now it seems like its been a bit long for that

Well.... That kinda sucks, guess there wasn't very much important information there worth messing with... Though it would be nice to have an actual site again for the team we are folding for.... Well rather than the good ol news page of course ;)

I wonder if we could host the website. I am sure that I could build a server.
Anyone around that can make the site, and another to give a home to the server?

that would be very difficult. it wasnt just a website... it was a home... a family... a place to feel safe and secure. er.... i mean. yeah it had a bunch of lists and cool stuff you could do with it.
 
man..... I remember the site when I wasnt folding yet, now that I started, its gone :(

KingN built, builds and maintains the site. As per him, he currently has not acces to the site. He had built a beautiful stats system as well. Leme see if I can get King and relic on the case. It's been down too long.

The problem started after the hacker hit the [H] servers, hardfolding hasn't been online since, I don't even have access to it.

relic has written several messages to kyle and informed me He was aware of the problem.

For the last couple months I've checked it daily hoping it would be back online, hardfolding is run from the [H] servers, I have no physical access to the [H] servers that is Kyle's domain. All I can do is wait till I hear or see that it's back online and I have access.

From this end I have been keeping the stats runs going, so whenever I get access again everything will pickup where it left off.

Hardfolding.com now gives a "connection refused" error rather than not found. Sounds like it's kinda halfway up.
 
Yea, all i get is cannot find server.

its a little funny because they changed the look of hardfolding.com and ever since its been eaither down or off/on.

I wish it was back up too, i used to like to check it.

The [H]ardfolding site is back up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek: :D :cool:

The home page is there, but no news section yet. It good to see it back up.

Looks like King_N and Kyle got a hold of each other to work out what was needed. Thanks to King_N, Kyle, and everone else that helps keep the site up.
