WTTF/WTB a Socket A mobo

I need it for a HTPC I'm building.

Needs:
1. To be working
2. I/O Shield
3. Onboard NIC
4. Prefer No Video Onboard
5. DDR Board preferred
6. Great Shape
7. Never Overclocked
8. 4 or > USB ports (not a must though)
9. Firewire ports (Nice but not a necessity)
10. Socket A

I've got a number of computer related items, and I really don't feel like putting together a new FS/FT thread right now.

But, if you need something and have a board that meets my requirements post the info here.

Albatron KX400+ Pro for $40? Doesnt have an onboard NIC though. BTW I am local to you so we could meet somewhere.
