WTTF Cheap PCI/PCI-X GPU

My GPU died, I need a new one. I don't have much cash right now, so I'd like to trade for it. I'm not going to be picky, I don't really need 3D performance right now, just something that can drive dual 1600x1200 (VGA) monitors. I also need a replacement CPU for my friend's Toshiba Sattelite L35 (Originally a celeron 440, with the straight keying pins, not the triangle one) If it's cheap enough, I'll buy it outright, but again, trades are optimal.
