WTT Retail E6850 for E6700

I want to do a straight up trade. This Processor will not work in my Dell Optiplex 745c.May consider an E6600 plus something.

I wish it were only that. I updated the bios. It has to be the chipset.

Not sure if it's retail. Just got processor when I bought it. Have it running at 3.5 on stock volts, as all I did was just raise the fsb to 350.

If you just want to trade staight across I also have a E6600 as well. Either way is fine with me.
