looking for a smaller computer.. so im deciding to trade off my system....

currently the system running

Opteron 1210 am2... does 2.6ghz with 1.4v under stock cooler
abit an9 32x
2x512mb ocz gold ddr2 800
ultra x-connect x2 550w
antec p180b

and the rest i plan to keep to put in the matx system

looking for a Qpack.. or some matx case with around 400w or so.. something enough to power a x1900gt.. has to be dual core.. taking any(939 or am2) opteron... x2.. or c2d processor.. no pent d.. >.<...
