I am not sure, I'm curious now too. I did some googling and no luck either. I sent AMD an email directly about it. Once I get a response I'll let you know!
 
It's not premium, that is a separate subscription package which costs an additional 40-50$ after buying the base game.

This is the base game, it may or may not be the deluxe edition.

Also, offering 30$ on google wallet for a code.
