The CPU has the IHS removed. It runs perfectly stable at 2.8ghz with 1.46v on my decent water cooling system. I can't find the IHS at the moment but probably can find a replacement if you really need it. The highest overclock I got was 3.00ghz SuperPI 16M stable with 1.64v. I only run it once to take a screenshot and then back to 2.8ghz for the rest of the time.
