I bought this when it first came out and played pretty hardcore the first couple weeks and got burned out, it's just been sitting there since then and don't see myself picking the game up again. It comes with all the original case and all the contents. Also comes with a 37 elyos cleric with runspeed boots and i believe 1.4 mil kinah or so. The account has the preorder/collectors edition items (upgraded wings) that can be applied to any new character that's created.
Price/Trades: $40 obo (pickup available in Seattle, WA). I'd also consider trades for a dvd burner/flash drive(over 4gb) or other random hardware (building a cheap pc).
