is it me or did teh price of these go up? ive seen 120 mm aio going for 114 bucks on newegg\amazon nowadays? wheres the 39.99 aio's? that used to be
 
They may not be $39.99, but there are options in the $50 - $60 range. Here is a link for a PCPartPicker search.

Currently seeing at least 4 listed on Newegg for <$60.
