WTF is this?

I recently got this monitor and Ive been having one problem with it. There are lines running horizontally about 2 inches from the right border extending to the left side. There are alot of these from the top to bottom. It only shows up with white colors. I would take a pic, but i dont have an sd card reader...

Does anybody know what Im talking about or what could be wrong? I have an RMA number.

But... It sounds like you got a bad monitor. Is your cable connection loose?

Yeah, I tried using VGA on my brothers lappy and it has the same problem so ill just RMA it.
