Yeah, and they have a case with that installed. Not a real A/C but the best you can get without condensation.
 
it came out a while back... but this is the first one ive seen for sale.... afaik its a peltier cooler that has a fan blow over the cool side into the case... i bet it'll put a strain on the psu though

mass cool's web site says 52 watts and suggest at least a 350 watt psu

the thing that kills me about this product is that having good case airflow can actually hurt your results, but having too little will overheat your machine.

i suppose that it isn't TOO much money, but i think that having a case with well planned out airflow and good quality fans and heatsinks all around will help your temps more than this thing will.

then again, i do pelt cooling, and i don't think that it is a good idea for most users to mess with it based on my own, less than positive, experiences with it.

82 watts of cooling power is not a lot, and it can only actually do something like 40-45 watts in terms of real world conditions.
 
The case does 120W of cooling which should drop your temps a fair bit. Epecially if you have like an XP-120 and a nice Panflo blasting cold air at your CPU.
