WTB: X800Pro, X800GTO, etc... Video Cards

My 9800Pro died a sudden death - and now I'm looking for a card to replace it.

Here are my requirements:

1. AGP
2. At least as fast as a 9800Pro (8+ pipes, 256bit mem bus, 128MB-256MB, etc)
3. Has to have fan control - this is why I don't want another 9800Pro - fan too loud at idle. I had installed an aftermarket cooler - which is probably what killed it
4. Under $175 - I can buy a new 256MB, 256bit, 12 pipe X800GTO from newegg for $165.
