WTB/WTTF: Socket A/462 mATX mobo

Hey guys:

I am looking for a mATX mobo for my friends father. He has a Compaq Presario mid tower that he bought just over 2 years ago and the motherboard has taken a dive on it. The caps are bulged/leaking and were looked at by a local computer shop that could do nothing for it. The worst part about this is that my friends father has multiple sclerosis (MS) and is living on a really tight fixed income. My buddy is flat broke (had to sell his car to re-coup money for debts) and I am sure you have seen my cry for help also. I do have some things that I would consider trading to the right offer that comes along. There is no need for the top of the line motherboard here as he doesn't game, just e-mails and web-surfing. With this computer being out of service he is going absolutely crazy since it was his life because he is home-bound for the most part.
