WTB/WTTF Socket 939 Motherboard

I'm looking for a socket 939 board.
Don't need anything fancy. Cheap and stable is what I'm looking for. Something with integrated graphics would be a bonus.

Also looking for a cheap ATX case. Again don't need anything fancy. Just cheap and not trashed.

I have a pair of 2x256 PC-2700 SODIMMS, and a few other odds and ends I'll add later.

PM's will probably get the fastest response.
