WTB/WTTF: 750W+ Power Supply, AMD Graphics Cards

Howdy all, I'm in the market for a few components, and I'm trying to get the best deal I can.

First on the list, a 750W or greater power supply. Would prefer 80 Plus Gold, but Silver or Bronze will suffice if the price is right. No real upper limit on wattage, but I can't go much lower than 750W.

Next, just looking for some inexpensive (< $200) AMD Graphics cards. Just looking for some good deals for my mining rig.

I can pay using PayPal, and shipping will be to Canada, so keep that in mind.

I've never shipped to Canada. USPS is best? Any clue how much it would take to ship an Antec 750W green (80 bronze) from 95926 to wherever you are? Use for around a year to power a 3570K and 7950 all at stock speeds. Still have original boxes. Say $50 plus whatever it costs to get it there?
