I think all the Witcher 3 game codes are for GOG.com, not Steam. I know mine was.
I'd be careful about using a 3rd party site to get a code.
Steam in particular shut down a lot of the 3rd party codes last year (and a few other times) saying they were not legit.
A lot of people playing The Secret World lost access to the game till they paid for another copy. I forget what other games were affected as TSW was the only one I was playing at the time.
I dont know if the same could happen with GOG.
