WTB windows 64bit XP

Hey does anyone have a legit copy of windows xp pro 64bit laying around collecting dust after they went to vista? I need it to get over the 2TB hump on my array. It is for a good cause so I'm not looking to spend a huge amount of money.

The key word is a legit copy... it can be OEM I don't care but it just needs to be not currently running on someones system or some bios emulation scheme.

I have a legit copy. I think the key code has been activated once. My buddy bought it for a build years ago and half his hardware didn't work so he ditched it... send me an offer.

if interested i have a 64-bit edition that would be up for trade since it is a not for resale copy
