i want to buy cheapest pcie video card, 2x 1GB DDR2-533 memory and dual core AM2 cpu.
 
6800gt w/ zalman cooler.. overclocks to 6800 ultra speeds easily..

Runs bf2142, bf2, and several other games at lower resolutions (1280x1024) with most details (i think medium textures and lighting), depending upon the resolution and 2xaa.

$65 + shipping.

Would you settle with a socket 939 AMD x2 3800+ taht clocks to 2.6ghz and 1gb of OCZ Plat Rev. 2 RAM?
 
It supports dual monitor, I do believe.. never tried, might want to research into that tho before you count it out.
