WTB: top down cpu cooler

Putting this out as a feeler to see what is available. I am looking for a low profile top down cpu cooler. Must have mounting Hardware and AM4 compatible.

Top of the list is the Scythe Big Shuriken 3. Still researching and open to others. Paypal ready.
