WTB/TF 1U PSU (or other small PSU)

I need a small PSU for a mod I am doing. The smaller the better (Size wise, need smallest footprint possible). Doesn't need to be over 200W but, of course, the more power the better.

I am willing to buy if the price is right (have already spent $300 or so on this and haven''t even bought mobo/proc/memory!)

Also have this to trade:

450W PSU, 4 fans (1 4-led, color-changing fan) P4, AMD Athlon, ATX 12V/ATX 2.03, still in the sealed box, never opened, never used, just purchased.

What the physical measurements? Have you had the case off and if so, is the PSU smaller than the case (I have a great 400W that is about half the size of the case it was in so I am keeping it, but you get the picture)

Sure, I have no use for it. I ordered it and don't have a box to put it in.
