WTB: sub $100 17" LCD

I told a friend I would look on here for a used, but fully functional LCD for a cheap computer i am piecing together for him. The terms are listed in the title. A dead pixel or two is not a big deal. Give me an offer and a explanation of the possible blemishes...I have paypal standing by. 1280x1024 is what i prefer.
