Looking for a SSD to get a laptop with a dead drive going again to help out a friend. Looking for something in the 60-120 GB range, the cheaper the better since it's just a laptop used for basic surfing/word processing.

There are a lot of choices of 120GB SSD drives for $40 shipped brand new.
A few for $30 shipped for Chinese off brands on Newegg.

I don't know how much cheaper you're going to get.
