WTB: Socket A Motherboard ASAP!

Had a stroke of bad luck. It's getting resolved however, so it's all good.

I need a Socket A motherboard with support for 266fsb processors & RAM (just about any board will)
must have rev 2.2 compliant PCI slots (for SCSI Card)

I have all other components needed for the build, however if you had a stick of RAM laying around or a faster processor feel free to let me know. I'd like a price for the board only and then for any extra components you may be offering. Board is first priority so be aware of that.
