WTB Socket 939 MOBO

How much are you willing to pay?

I have a socket 939 + amd cpu + ram I can let go for cheap. It's currently my media center pc but I have been meaning to upgrade it.
 
I have an Asus A8N-VM micro ATX board. Has SATA pcie x16 and of course takes DDR1. It also has the rear I/O plate.

Are you just looking for the board? Needing chip and/or memory?

I should have a few of these. They got boxed up and put into storage just before I lost the house.

Should have a couple of ASUS, but let me try to dig them out and let you know what is there.
 
I've got an Abit AT-8 32x, an Opteron something-or-other (runs at 2.6ghz by default?), 2 gigs of G.Skill F1-4000 / DDR500 that was some SWEET overclocking ram, cooled by a Scythe Ninja. Still works, the only reason I've got it is that I upgraded my friend recently. Solid rig.
