WTB: socket 478 mobo Or AM2 mobo

Hey all.

I'm upgrading an old HP, and I'm lookin for a Socket 478 motherboard that meets the following criteria.

mATX (fit in HP case)
Prescott ready
PCI-e ONLY
DDR or DDR2. Doesn't matter
A little bit of overclocking options in BIOS.
Not ECS, or anything too generic. An MSI will do fine too.
Has the retention module for the HSF

Or if you have a AM2 board that matches up the criteria for the above one.

I only need one motherboard.
