WTB: simple laptop with LARGE screen

Im looking for an inexpensive laptop for my mother. Nothing fancy, just needs to:

• Have a large decent screen. 17"+ preferred.
• Run win7 adequately for general desktop use.
• No overheating or stability issues.
• Working battery would be great but not required.
• Does not need OS or even a drive (but if it does have a decent HDD will use that instead of giving up one of mine).
• Needs to have RAM, 2gb+.
• Working wifi.

NOT looking for a gaming laptop.
